Can I have multiple toll free, local, premium or online numbers?

Yes, Stand4u allows the integration of all our inbound telecommunication packages or single access numbers within the same account. All incoming calls can be routed to the same voice enabled applications independently from the called number. This means you can for example subscribe to several numbers in different countries and route them to the same voice enabled application. You can then direct your outgoing calls in anyway you want, whether they all lead to the same number or you route certain numbers to certain extensions based on the number used, the time of day or which agent is available. A presence feature is also available for Skype and our softphone.

Will Stand4u integrate with my current office extensions and PBX?

Absolutely, Stand4u uses inbound numbers that can be forwarded to your current phone network, and can be used to be directed to specific PBX extensions or your main contact number. In addition with Stand4u's iPBX you can add or replace your current phone system, with one that can be a huge cost saving. Further use Stand4u's secure softphone for all your inbound, outbound and internal communications, allowing the removal of expensive hardware and the integration of your phone system with your CRM products. If you are using a web application for your CRM, we can help you synchronise your incoming calls with your system. In this case your agents will be able to have their customer information when receiving a call from them.
